Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appointed Mark van ‘t Kruijs as Customer Operations Manager. Before joining Schuberg Philis, Mark worked as Director B2B Delivery for UPC Broadband the Corporate CIO Office. In this role, he was amongst others responsible for implementing a multi-year, multi-million euro, strategic program. Before joining UPC Broadband, he worked as Senior Consultant at Atos Consulting. Mark holds a Master’s Degree Information Science from Tilburg University.
Customer Operations Manager
Mark van ‘t Kruijs joins the Schuberg Philis team as a Customer Operations Manager (COM). This is the most important contact point for the customer. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing costs and details of outsourcing contracts while managing the team, consisting of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.
