Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appointed Nordi Malih as Customer Operations Manager (COM). As such, he plays a pivotal role in serving Schuberg Philis’ customers. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing details of outsourcing contracts and for managing the customer team, consisting of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.

Before joining Schuberg Philis, Malih worked for British Telecom (BT) as Head of Convergence Benelux. In this role, he was responsible for the strategy and transformation of the BT Benelux portfolio into the ‘new breed-of-services’ from Telco to ICT services. Hence BT was pro-actively prepared for customer requests. Malih and his team were responsible for the design, launch, implementation and maintenance of the new technology services portfolio. These services were the first step into a fully integrated Telco and ICT-services landscape for several multinational BT customers.

Prior to his tenure at BT and Telfort (subsidiary of BT), Malih was a Senior Product Manager for Versatel. At Versatel he learned how important it is to keep track of complex customer environments, the continuously changing business requirements and how to translate these into technology driven needs. Malih holds a Master Degree of Communication Science.
