Schuberg Philis, a leading company for mission critical outsourcing, has appointed Peter Siepel as Customer Operations Manager. In this function Peter will be the primary contact person for customers. The Customer Operations Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, managing customer teams and realising outsourcing contracts. A customer team consists of ten to fifteen senior engineers.
Before joining Schuberg Philis, Peter worked as Unit Manager Corporate Accounts at Raet during a period of three and a half years. He was responsible for managing an IT consultancy team focusing on customer acquisition and the implementation of online HR services. Earlier Peter worked as Interim and Project Manager at CMG and LogicaCMG for eight years. As such, he worked for companies like Vodafone, Telefonica, TIM and KPN. After his study Technology Management (Mathematics & Information technology) at the University of Technology in Eindhoven, Peter worked at the Dutch Data Authority (College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens) as a consultant for companies facing ICT development and privacy legislation. In this role he contributed to the Privacy Enhancing Technology model.
