Giarte Outsourcing Performance 2009: Schuberg Philis receives highest customer satisfaction score for the fourth consecutive year

Amsterdam, October 2 2009 – Schuberg Philis rates the highest customer satisfaction score in Infrastructure Management outsourcing for the fourth consecutive year. This score is also the highest in the total outsourcing market. This – and more - was presented during the Giarte Outsourcing Performance Day 2009.

Of all outsourcing providers researched by Giarte, Schuberg Philis by far has the most promotors (customers recommending the company to other organisations), the most customers who want to renew contracts and customers increasing the level of outsourcement to their provider (in this case: Schuberg Philis).

The Outsourcing Performance study 2009 is based on information provided by Chief Information Officers (CIO’s) about their outsourcing providers. The researchers examined 646 (Dutch) outsourcing contracts with a total worth of 4,4 billion euro. According to research center Giarte this represents about 75 percent of the total Dutch outsourcing market for companies with more than 500 employees. All major outsourcing providers are included in the study.

The Outsourcing Performance study indicates a growth of the Dutch outsourcing market. In 2010 the market will reach 6 billion euro. In a market where detachment services will suffer a strong headwind and revenue of service providers will decrease, the market for outsourcing will grow steadily.
