Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appointed Oskar Hendriksen as Customer Operations Manager. Before joining Schuberg Philis, Hendriksen worked several years as an independent Interim Manager for different organisations. Prior to this, he was Associate Director at CMG Telecom. In this role he was responsible for ensuring customers were satisfied, his team of consultants was motivated and for securing new business opportunities. Oskar holds a Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Hogeschool Arnhem.

Customer Operations Manager
Oskar Hendriksen joins the Schuberg Philis team as a Customer Operations Manager (COM). This is the most important contact point for the customer. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing costs and details of outsourcing contracts, and managing the customer team, consisting of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.
