IT veterans Henk van der Valk and Robert Heijne started as senior engineers at Schuberg Philis, provider of mission critical IT outsourcing services. Henk van der Valk has more than twenty years of experience in the IT sector. Before joining Schuberg Philis he worked at Unisys, where he was co-founder and operational manager of the European Performance Center. He is specialised in Microsoft SQL Server environments and increasing the efficiency of Windows environments. Henk is a much sought-after speaker at IT events; at the end of November, he will speak at the Microsoft TechEd Israel 2010 conference.

Robert Heijne has twenty years of experience in IT as well, mostly as Oracle Database Administrator. He worked at Agis Zorgverzekeringen and Ahold. At Ahold he was responsible for the implementation of the European Merchandising Suite, a new merchandising system in service oriented architecture.
