Amsterdam, October 11 2011 Schuberg Philis has received the highest customer satisfaction score for the sixth consecutive year according to the Giarte Outsourcing Performance Survey, the annual benchmark for IT outsourcing in the Netherlands. Schuberg Philis also received the highest recommendation score in the Dutch IT outsourcing sector: all of its customers recommend Schuberg Philis as an outsourcing partner to other organizations.

“Schuberg Philis is the first service provider in the history of the Outsourcing Recommendation Index to maintain its first position, as well as the perfect score of 100%. The Outsourcing Performance Survey 2011 is based on the assessments of CxOs of Dutch top 500 organizations about their outsourcing service providers. The research examined 705 outsourcing contracts with a total annual contract value of 5,8 billion euros.
