Giarte Outsourcing Performance 2011: Schuberg Philis receives highest customer satisfaction score in Dutch IT outsourcing sector

Amsterdam, October 11 2011Schuberg Philis has received the highest customer satisfaction score for the sixth consecutive year according to the Giarte Outsourcing Performance Survey, the annual benchmark for IT outsourcing in the Netherlands. Schuberg Philis also received the highest recommendation score in the Dutch IT outsourcing sector: all of its customers recommend Schuberg Philis as an outsourcing partner to other organizations.

“Schuberg Philis is the first service provider in the history of the Outsourcing Recommendation Index to maintain its first position, as well as the perfect score of 100%. Even its fan base increases to 88% of its client group, the highest percentage of all service providers – midsized and large – investigated,” says Marco Gianotten, CEO of Giarte. “This is partly due to their distinct organizational model, working with stable client teams comprising all disciplines, but more importantly to their attitude: they want to improve continuously and realize the highest customer satisfaction levels possible. Therefore they are prepared to listen to every form of criticism, no matter how small or latent. Although the Dutch IT outsourcing sector as a whole is improving, this attitude is still remarkable in the industry.”

Pim Berger, Managing Director of Schuberg Philis: “We are growing year after year, but this isn’t what drives us: we want to realize 100% customer satisfaction. Our growth is a direct result of our high customer satisfaction scores. We continue to focus on making sure that we are delivering 100% in every single aspect of the service that we deliver to our customers. Our customer teams continuously try to exceed the expectations of new and existing customers. With incredibly satisfied customers as a result, and we want to keep this up. So we’re very pleased that the results of the Giarte Outsourcing Performance Survey reflect the commitment of our teams and our focus and efforts in this area.”

The Outsourcing Performance Survey 2011 is based on the assessments of CxOs of Dutch top 500 organizations about their outsourcing service providers. The research examined 705 outsourcing contracts with a total annual contract value of 5,8 billion euros.
