Tetterode renews three year contract with Schuberg Philis

Extremely high uptime and being in control leads to renewal of SAP R/3 contract

Amsterdam, 20 July 2007 – Tetterode, a subsidiary of the Corporate Express Group, has renewed its ERP outsourcing contract with Schuberg Philis for another three years. Therefore, Schuberg Philis will remain responsible for hosting and managing Tetterode's critical ERP environment.

Corporate Express is a stock exchange quoted company that is one of the leading global suppliers of business products and office needs. Tetterode-Nederland bv delivers systems, equipment, service and non-durable materials to the Dutch printing industry.

Knowing that in the beginning of 2007 the SAP R/3 contract was up for renewal, Tetterode requested several suppliers in October 2006 to forward proposals, how to manage Tetterode's ERP software in a one or three year contract.
Tetterode was very pleased with Schuberg Philis' seamless provided services and performances over the first contract; they still wished, also due to corporate policies and regulations, to investigate alternative outsourcing options.
Naturally, also Schuberg Philis was asked to hand over a proposal. After comparing proposals, Tetterode realized that Schuberg Philis still was their very best option for the next three years.

By renewing their contract, Tetterode ensured that their infrastructure at the Schuberg Philis data center was completely modified and ready for the coming years. This state-of-the-art data center, which has its seat at Schiphol-Rijk, is Tetterode's basis for the services of both Schuberg Philis and Perfect for People, a partner of Schuberg Philis with many years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions. Schuberg Philis will remain responsible for hosting and managing the technical application infrastructure. Perfect for People will continue to manage and maintain the SAP application.
