New Customer Operations Manager at Schuberg Philis
Amsterdam, 1 May 2005 - Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appointed Arjan Eriks as Customer Operations Manager.
Before joining Schuberg Philis, Eriks was Site Manager Web Services at KLM Information Services. He started working at KLM in 1995, while he was studying Communication Sciences at the ‘Hogeschool van Amsterdam'. After graduating, Eriks held various positions at KLM Information Services, among which Manager of the Control and Support Team, Manager of two help-desks, ITIL Quality Assurance Manager and Site Manager Web Services. His inner drive was always the same: to provide excellent service. If there is an incident, you support the customer first and then you make sure this type of incidents can be avoided in the future. While working at KLM, Eriks started his own Web company in 2000, designing and implementing new Websites for various customers. At the end of 2004, he decided to hand over these activities.
Customer Operations Manager
Arjan Eriks joins the Schuberg Philis team as Customer Operations Manager (COM). This is the most important contact point for the customer. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing costs and details of outsourcing contracts and managing the team, consisting of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.
