New Customer Operations Manager at Schuberg Philis
Schiphol-Rijk, 1 January 2007-Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appoints Sjoerd Wildschut as Customer Operations Manager.
Before joining Schuberg Philis, Wildschut worked as Delivery Director for a company providing HR-solutions in a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) model. His main role was to support companies while implementing HR-products and services.
Having graduated from the Groningen Rijksuniversiteit in computer science, Wildschut joined the start up of Chipsoft, now a leading company in medical automation. After handing over his activities at Chipsoft, Wildschut worked for the next two decades - first at Logica BV (former Logica CMG) for eight years – and then onto to Redwood Software. With Logica BV, Wildschut held different positions such as project manager and systems analyst. At Redwood Software he was responsible, as Vice President Product Related Services, for implementing a European Support Desk. Furthermore he was seconded to, and implemented proposals for, large customers, within mission critical environments to optimize their business processes.
Wildschut's inner drive has always been the same in every position he's held: providing excellent professional services to customers and therefore supporting them in organizing their business processes more effectively.
Customer Operations Manager
Sjoerd Wildschut joins the Schuberg Philis team as a Customer Operations Manager (COM), the most important contact point for the customer. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing the costs and detail of outsourcing contracts and managing the team of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.
