New Customer Operations Manager at Schuberg Philis

Schiphol-Rijk, 1 May 2006 - Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appoints Sean Bovaird as Customer Operations Manager.

Before joining Schuberg Philis, Bovaird held several positions at the Swiss Reinsurance company, most recently as Global Head of Project Office; responsible for all project deliverables from an application and infrastructure perspective for Swiss Re's ‘Business of the Future' Project, working at various Swiss Re offices in London, Zurich, New York and Toronto.

Prior to his tenure at Swiss Reinsurance, Bovaird worked as Managing Director of Day Software UK Ltd, a sister company of Day Software AG based in Basel, Switzerland. His main role was startup management of Day's operations in London, and ongoing management of the company from a technical and sales perspective through growth to 60+ employees by the end of 2001.

Customer Operations Manager
Sean Bovaird joins the Schuberg Philis team as a Customer Operations Manager (COM), the most important contact point for the customer. He is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing the costs and detail of outsourcing contracts and managing the team of senior engineers with all relevant fields of expertise.
