New Customer Operations Manager at Schuberg Philis

Schiphol-Rijk 8 May 2008 - Schuberg Philis, a provider of mission critical outsourcing services, appointed Klaas Veenbaas as Customer Operations Manager. As such, he is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing details of outsourcing contracts and the customer team. This team consists of senior engineers, all with wide relevant fields of expertise.

Before joining Schuberg Philis, Veenbaas worked for Raet as Unit Manager, responsible for implementing HR payroll systems in the health care business area. Prior to his tenure at Raet, Veenbaas worked as Delivery Manager for Logica. In this position, he was responsible for the delivery of Business Process Outsourcing to insurance and banking companies, including a Shared Service Center with over 250 FTE. In al his positions, his drive was to improve people's performance; he strongly believes that people can continuously exceed their previous accomplishments. Veenbaas holds a Bachelor in Elektrotechnical Engineering.
