Pim Berger, Managing Director
Pim, one of three Schuberg Philis founders, has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mission critical outsourcing. In 2000, he joined forces with Gerwin Schuring and Philip Dries to set up the Benelux subsidiary of MFN Inc. and went on to become Senior Vice President for the company’s European region covering Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.Read more

Philip Dries, Director of Operations
Philip, the third founder of Schuberg Philis, has more than 13 years’ experience of running mission critical infrastructures with highly skilled engineering teams. He joined Pim Berger when he moved to MFN as Director of Operations.Read more

Hans Tuppe, Finance Manager
Before joining Schuberg Philis, Hans worked as deputy Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at the Systems Integration division of Atos Origin. Before Atos Origin, Hans held several financial positions at GetronicsPinkRoccade where he worked for nine years. He has a Masters Degree from Tilburg University.Read more

Previous positions: Managing Director Euro RSCG Bikker, Member of the Board of Origin Nederland (responsible for Marketing & Communication), managing partner of Van Sluis Communicatie.

Mr. H. (Herald) Jongen (1961)
Partner and Global Co-Head of Outsourcing in the leading law firm Allen & Overy. Herald was involved in most of the outsourcing megadeals led from the Netherlands. He also spearheads Allen & Overy's Technology practice.
Previous positions: Partner of Loeff Claeys Verbeke. Co-founder and former board member of the Dutch IT Lawyers Association.

Director Corporate Strategy, Essent. Chairman of the Board of ECH (Energie Clearing House).
