Pim Berger, Managing Director
Pim, one of Schuberg Philis' three founders, has over 20 years' experience in the field of mission critical outsourcing. In 2000, he joined forces with Gerwin Schuring and Philip Dries to set up the Benelux subsidiary of MFN Inc. and went on to become Senior Vice President for the company's European region covering Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. In a management buyout the Benelux subsidiary of MFN Inc. became Schuberg Philis.
Prior to this, Pim held several executive and senior positions at Pink Elephant and PinkRoccade (now GetronicsPinkRoccade) in the outsourcing area. As Managing Director, he was responsible for providing PinkRoccade Online with a clear vision and strategy, and for developing the business.
Pim and his co-founders share the conviction that guaranteeing 100% functional availability for outsourced mission critical applications with end-to-end responsibility is the only way to provide high quality outsourcing services. C ustomers who outsource their application infrastructure can - and must - be provided with a better service level by their providers. No shirking of responsibilities, exotic cost structures or overheads. For Schuberg Philis there is only one approach: 100%.

Our risk management is directly geared to the operating structure of the company as an integral part of our daily activities. It's all about finding the right balance between control, flexibility and innovation.
Gerwin Schuring, Sales Director
Gerwin has over 13 years experience in selling complex infrastructures. He is a co-founder of Schuberg Philis and was also a member of the team that set up the Benelux subsidiary of MFN. He created strong partnership relations and built up the sales force. Before joining MFN, he was Sales Manager Outsourcing at PinkRoccade Online, focusing on new business with the top 100 Dutch accounts.
Gerwin: My focus is customer satisfaction and adding a personal touch to business. Our service model, with senior engineers in the frontline and our complete commitment, is unprecedented in the market but highly appreciated by customers, partners and employees. Each customer is assigned a dedicated team with a Customer Operations Manager, a team that does the work from the very first day. A team that comprises all relevant disciplines and specialities. It seems simple. But this model is impossible to implement within established outsourcing providers.
Philip Dries , Director of Operations
Philip, the third founder of Schuberg Philis, has more than 13 years' experience of running mission critical infrastructures with highly skilled engineering teams. He joined Pim Berger when he moved to MFN as Director of Operations. Philip was instrumental in developing a process-oriented service delivery organization and in recruiting highly skilled engineers.
Before joining MFN, Philip held several managerial positions at PinkRoccade Online, where he contributed to the growth and stability of the company with his strong people management skills and his preference for decision-making to meet long term objectives. His experience in multi-party service delivery is invaluable.

Hans Tuppe, Finance Manager
Before joining Schuberg Philis, Hans worked as deputy Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at the Systems Integration division of Atos Origin. Before Atos Origin, Hans held several financial positions at GetronicsPinkRoccade where he worked for nine years. Hans holds a Master Degree from Tilburg University.
