Philip, the third founder of Schuberg Philis, has more than 13 years’ experience of running mission critical infrastructures with highly skilled engineering teams. He joined Pim Berger when he moved to MFN as Director of Operations. Philip was instrumental in developing a process-oriented service delivery organization and in recruiting skilled engineers. Before joining MFN, Philip held several managerial positions at PinkRoccade Online, where he contributed to the growth and stability of the company with his strong people management skills and his preference for decision-making to meet long term objectives.
