Pim, one of three Schuberg Philis founders, has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mission critical outsourcing. In 2000, he joined forces with Gerwin Schuring and Philip Dries to set up the Benelux subsidiary of MFN Inc. and went on to become Senior Vice President for the company’s European region covering Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. In a management buyout the Benelux subsidiary of MFN Inc. became Schuberg Philis. Before this, Pim held several executive and senior positions at Pink Elephant and PinkRoccade (now GetronicsPinkRoccade) in the outsourcing area. As Managing Director, he was responsible for providing PinkRoccade Online with a clear vision and strategy, and for developing the business.
Says Pim: “100% guaranteed functional availability for outsourced mission critical applications with end-to-end responsibility – that’s the only way to provide high quality outsourcing services. With its 100% promise and engaged senior engineers in the support front line, the Schuberg Philis model is unique. And it’s underpinned by co-creation, collaboration, partnership and trust – all paramount to a successful enterprise.
The model also brings maximum control and auditability to dynamic mission critical application infrastructures while allowing customers to remain agile to change and innovation. Our risk management is directly geared to the operating structure of the company as an integral part of our daily activities. It’s all about finding the right balance between control, flexibility and innovation.”
